For Program Participants (Youth/Parents): Names, ages, contact information (phone, email), address, emergency contact information, medical/allergy information (for camps/programs), and, if applicable, financial need information (for subsidy purposes). 

For Donors/Sponsors: Names, email addresses, payment information (processed via secure third-party platforms), donation history. For Volunteers/Mentors: Names, contact information, background check information.

Purpose of collecting data

To administer programs (e.g., JumpStart Clinics, camps, mentorship) and ensure the safety and proper placement of youth; to process donations and provide receipts; to communicate with participants, parents, volunteers, and donors about programs, events, and fundraising efforts; and to comply with legal and financial reporting requirements for a non-profit organization.
